Life Strategist, Beth Madigan LCSW,CLC has over a decade of experience partnering with people as they create and implement a plan to accomplish their dreams and goals. Her clients become aligned with their most deeply held values and aspirations and begin to live with passion, joy, and intention.
Ms. Madigan has worked extensively with couples and families and is committed to strengthening and deepening relationships as they grow and change. She comes with lots of down-to-earth information and practical suggestions to take families from good to GREAT! She believes each person is unique and valuable, with an important contribution to make and a purpose to live out.
Beth has deep admiration for women; for the many roles they play, and the amazing skill and resiliency they display while doing it! So many women spend their days feeling as if everything is a push. Beth helps them to find their natural pull, stepping fully into their power and beauty. She loves helping them navigate life’s challenging transitions, especially mothering and the shifts of mid-life.
Ms. Madigan has a Masters in Social Work from Indiana University and holds a clinical license. She is also a Certified Life Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a frequent contributor to the Arizona Republic on topics of kids, parenting, and relationships.

Sally Starbuck Stamp is a registered nurse, certified counselor, and professional life coach. She currently coaches and consults with individuals and organizations in areas that include life change and transition management, communication skills, leadership development, and strategic visioning and planning.
Sally’s work with individuals, small groups, and teams is characterized by collaboration and appreciation of differences. Her strengths-based approach to coaching allows clients to develop insight into who they are and not just what they do. She believes that each person is the expert in their own life and her contribution lies in helping others to increase awareness, expand their choices, and make desired changes with a mutually determined level of accountability and support.
Sally began her career as a practicing nurse and hospital administrator before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a health care management consultant. In that role, she helped develop a specialty consulting practice and served as a keynote speaker for the firm in the areas of health care quality and reimbursement.
In her private consulting practice, Sally has:
- assisted with the training and development of staff for the opening of a new hospital;
- served as lead researcher and contributing editor for EMERGE, International, in the publishing of Getting Your Shift Together: Making Sense of Organizational Culture and Change (Bouchard and Pellet, 2000); and
- co-created a game to teach table manners and co-authored the book: The Proper Pig’s Guide to Mealtime Manners (Kowal and Stamp, 1996).
Sally worked as a peer coach for both undergraduate and graduate students at Arizona State University while obtaining her Master’s Degree in Counseling. She holds a BA in Sociology from Denison University and a BSN from Kent State University. Sally received her coach training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, SW, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Sally is a founding member of the Valley Coaching Collaborative (VCC). She and the other members of that group were presenters at the 2007 International Coach Federation Annual Conference speaking on the measurement of coaching effectiveness.
Sally continues to work with VCC and as an associate of Gifted Leaders, LLC. She regularly facilitates team development sessions and is co-host of the webinar series, TRUE TALK ™,
Transforming Your Work and Life Through Powerful Conversations.

Dr. Michelle Golland is a Clinical Psychologist in Los Angeles, California. She has appeared on the “Tyra Banks Talk Show”, ABC and Fox News as a guest expert psychologist. She utilizes her professional and personal experiences as a psychologist, wife and mother when dealing with her clients and the public at large. Dr. Golland focuses on issues relating to couples as well as individuals. Whether its couples wanting a deeper connection, struggling with communication, or issues of domestic violence, she has the insight, compassion and tenacity to help those in need. She has been in the field of Psychology for over a decade and also specializes in multi-cultural and community psychology.
Dr. Golland obtained her doctorate with honors in clinical psychology in 1998 from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California in 1993. Dr. Golland also facilitates support groups for individuals who have converted to Judaism and people who are in interfaith relationships. She is an expert on issues of Spirituality and identity and ways these issues impact our overall mental health.
Dr. Golland is sought after for public speaking engagements on issues such as marital relationships and a multitude of interpersonal issues. Carole Groux has been a psychotherapist since 2001. She strives to generate optimal human functioning for those clients with whom she works. A combination of Alfred Adler’s visionary teachings and Abraham Maslow’s principles behind self actualization make up her approach.
Specifically, Ms. Groux has extensive clinical experience treating adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and marriage and family issues. Clinically, she emphasizes a strength-based approach focused on designing how they want their lives to be not dwelling on how their lives have been.
